My husband and I used Vincent Williams as our elopement location. We could not be more satisfied with the entire experience! Each staff member we encountered was courteous and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and provided many amenities. We were thrilled to see the uninhabited view of the lake from our windows. Our dinner accommodations were wonderful as well. We have stayed overnight at Vincent William three times over the last 18 months. Celebrated my husband’s birthday in December 2024, long weekend with friends over July 4th holiday in 2025, and this weekend celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday. Vincent William is truly a unique experience, so impossible to compare to anywhere else. For starters, it’s stunning. It’s a beautiful mansion that has been restored with magnificent intention and attention to detail. We have seen all 7 guest rooms and every one of them, regardless of size, is absolutely beautiful. Every room has a great view of the lake. Beds, Bedding and pillows are top quality and like-new. Rooms are incredibly clean. When you stay overnight, you have access to second floor private lounge area and a third floor workout room and lounge area. The highlight might be the pool and hot tub. Incredibly well kept and private. Servers check in periodically and bring food and beverages. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and access is limited to overnight guests, so never crowded. There’s private access to the pool area through an attached pool house that’s connected to the mansion. Something important to note: Vincent William is NOT your home, no matter how much you wish it were or pretend it is (and you will, when you stay there). The owners and staff are very present and very invested in maintaining a personal, private and peaceful experience. There is quite literally nothing in northeast Ohio that compares to this property and its accommodations. Highly recommend, especially if you can find a weeknight or two when you might have the place a little more to yourselves. Rooms: 5/5

My wife Louise and I decided to host our wedding reception in the Wine Bar at Vincent William for several reasons. First and foremost, it was the site of our first date. The staff, lead by Michael & Tiffany, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our guests raved about the food & drinks. This is the second year in a row my husband and I spent an overnight at VW winery to celebrate our anniversary, and again, we totally enjoyed our stay. We walked the grounds before first checking in; what magnificent views of the Lake! When we first checked in, we were greeted warmly by the house manager who showed us our room which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We then went down for an early dinner in the bar area and were joined by my sister and brother in law. The server was outstanding. (I think he was also the bartender - I wish I had his name!). The food was delicious; the wine was amazing. In the morning we went down to the main dining area to enjoy a made-to-order breakfast. Our waitress was outstanding! I had the cinnamon sugar French toast with local maple syrup- and add-ons and my husband had a farmers breakfast. Our waitress offered add-one to the scrambled eggs - spinach, tomatoes and cheese made the eggs so tasty. Truly scrumptious! I wish I had names to share. The entire staff made us feel special. I’m thinking next year we need to stay more than one night so that we can enjoy all of the treasures of the area. Rooms: 5/5

Had an incredible experience at this beautiful winery. The staff was genuinely friendly and delivered exceptional service from the hostess to our waitress, Michelle :). The Spinach Salad was perfection - one of the best salads I’ve had in my life! The honey whipped ricotta dip (w a side of balsamic glaze) was a great shareable - from the Wagyu Burger to the Bone-In Pork Chop to the Casarecce Bolognese to the Risotto and Mashed Potatoes - our palates were pleased and pleasured! Everyone loved their meal. From the views touring the property to the Speakeasy/ Wine Bar Cellar in the basement it’s a great venue to visit and we will definitely be returning! Rooms: 5/5

Spent a lovely evening and night here this past week. The accommodation, food and service was a fabulous experience. Erica and Kaylie in the Wine Bar greeted us with warm welcomes before the bar officially opened. Shout out to both of you! We so enjoyed you both, and thanks for your photography skills Erica! Tracey gave us an informative tour of the space and it’s truly beautiful. Our first floor room was huge, and the bathroom with steam shower and tub was amazing! View to the pool area and lake I’m sure would be lovely in the warmer months. Remote controlled blinds were so convenient. Loved the ability to have music stream thru our room-so relaxing. High end bedding and comfy mattress. 2 caveats- need larger mugs for the Keurig LOL. And I did ask for a fan in advance because I am a woman of a certain age LOL. Room was hot for us. I needed it. Maybe add individual floor cooling fans in each bedroom in the future? 🥰 Dinner! Super good. We started with the Gouda Chicken flatbread which had just the perfect amount of char on the crust. Really good! My braised short rib was fantastic! Hot damn! I’m still salivating over it. Hubbie had the March special…Shepherd’s Pie. I am from Scotland so was hesitant to try it because of my previous experiences. Have to say the flavor was spot on….ratio to potato was a bit off IMO. Needed more mash for sure. Kudos to the chef however. Ended our dinner in the wine bar with friends and enjoyed a tasting of gelato, croissant bread pudding and cheesecake, all of which were really good. Our stay at Vincent William Winery was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful - the property, the atmosphere, the views - it all felt peaceful, elevated, and so thoughtfully done. The lake views are stunning. Being right on the water made the entire experience feel like a getaway, and we loved that our room was lakefront facing (which we learned every room is!). Waking up to that view was unreal. It’s such a special touch that every guest gets that same experience. Dinner was exceptional, and the service was next-level. The staff came to our table every five-ish minutes throughout our entire two-hour reservation to check on us. They were attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and we genuinely kept talking about how incredible the service was even after we left. You can tell the team truly cares about the guest experience. The food was also amazing! Light, fresh, and not too heavy. We left feeling satisfied but not weighed down, which we really appreciated. Everything felt intentional and well-balanced. We truly felt like we could have stayed an entire week. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. We’re already planning to come back, possibly with family next time! If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, lakefront experience with outstanding service, this is it. Highly, highly recommend. The food is all delicious! The wine is great! We had their award Cab Franc which was amazing! I really enjoyed their sparkling Rose too, and I have hated every other Rose I’ve ever tasted! Summertime on the waterfront patio is perfection too! It’s a bit off the beaten path, but worth every bit to head out there!

We drove out from Avon Lake for a date night before the big storm of 2026. What a gorgeous property! We had a delicious dinner that was only outdone by the incredible staff! Everyone we met was gracious, enthusiastic and welcoming! Taylor was our main server and she was awesome - what a delight! Fantastic views looking out over the frozen lake as we enjoyed our candelight dinner. After dinner we were taken on a full tour of the property by the front desk hostess! William Vincent Winery is 6 stars!! My husband and I spent our anniversary with them, and it was perfect. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. We stopped at Vincent William Winery for a late lunch in January 2025 before driving back home to Chicago. It was our first visit to the winery, and ended up being the best meal of our entire trip. I

We stopped in for a small bit and a drink. It was quiet and festive with all the holiday decorations. I had a brown sugar old fashioned and my wife loved her pear martini. We ordered the chicken flatbread and it was a very generous portion and tasted delicious. It's a great place to stop and the staff is very attentive.

What a hidden gem! You would never guess as you drive through the town that this diamond would appear out of nowhere! This was our 2nd visit here, but first to stay at the Inn. A lovely experience at Vincent William winery. We were most impressed by the kind and attentive service, and, of course, the property on the lake itself with its beautiful views. Wish check-in (4pm) was a little earlier so we could have used the pool and hot tub on our one night stay without interrupting dinner plans. We enjoyed appetizers dinner and dessert, and the Zinfandel, rosé, and beer we drank. The ladies servicing the wine bar were wonderful. Breakfast began at 8:30. Though we were ready to enjoy it a little earlier, it was very good, as well, and included with the room charge. Overall, a great getaway! We plan to return next year. Rooms: 4/5

We went there for dinner. Very nice restaurant, excellent service and delicious food. We ordered the Wagyu Burger, Capers chicken pasta and Scallops. I will say that everything was outstanding but the scallops could bring more than just 3 scallops nonetheless they were cooked to perfection. My husband and I recently stayed at the Vincent William Winery & Inn accommodated through the generosity of our daughter. The most memorable aspect of our visit was dining with our family on Sunday evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers, main courses, selection of wines, and desserts offered during the meal. Oh, and of course, lots of laughs. The inn is situated right next to Lake Erie and featured rows of vineyards and a quiet atmosphere. Our stay was relaxing, thanks to the attentive staff-Chloe, gave us a tour, and extra comforters, and Mike assisted with the outdoor fire pit. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Both the breakfast and dinner chefs demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in their culinary preparations. We loved it and look forward to returning! Rooms: 5/5

Loved staying at Vincent Williams. We booked almost a year ago for labor day weekend and were not disappointed. It was beautiful, loved our room and how friendly the staff was. I got to spend the weekend reading by the pool and poolside service for my meals and drinks. The menu was amazing and yummy. The french toast for breakfast was my favorite. Holy views of Lake Erie! This restaurant is an absolute gem. The scenery alone is worth the visit, but luckily the food, wine, and service all match the view. We went around noon on a Saturday and were seated right away without a reservation, which was a pleasant surprise. I went with my mom and my two young daughters, and the timing was perfect — the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. We felt totally comfortable (no judgmental stares!), which made the experience even better. The estate Cabernet was amazing — rich, bold, and full of depth. Definitely one of the best I've had in the region. The food was excellent as well, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Service was friendly, attentive, and never rushed. Given the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the unbeatable lakefront setting, I think the prices are more than reasonable. We’ll absolutely be back! Rooms: 5/5

A group of us went to celebrate a summer birthday. Everything at the Inn was great. The rooms, dining, the pool and amenities. Sitting at the pool overlooking the lake is so relaxing and beautiful. Our dinner, breakfast and brunch were all wonderful. All out food came out at the same time and was perfectly plated. What really impressed me was the staff. They were all very professional and helpful. They had a variety of suggestions for things to do and really made the trip memorable. Tracy is extremely helpful, and will help make this the perfect place to visit for weekend getaway. We have also visited in the winter for dinner. Who could’ve predicted that the days we had booked months in advance would be the only rainy days this summer. It didn’t matter, though. Our stay at Vincent William Wine was spectacular! The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and every detail put perfectly into place. We had dinner there both nights and both meals were delicious, as well as breakfast each morning. Our visit did not encompass the actual INN; simply the restaurant! This was our 3rd visit and we have enjoyed each time. The first time we were impressed with the view, setting and the Chardonnay! We also tried 2 different flatbreads - both excellent! Our second visit was wine only, but this time we ordered off the restaurant menu and enjoyed it very much (shrimp cocktail, mussels and the cavatelli). This place was recommended for its wine and views off the back porch. In addition they have a nice selection of mixed drinks and beers. It was relaxing sitting on their outdoor sofas listening to the waves lap over and over on the shore. Lovely venue. I hesitate to share what a wonderful place this is for a getaway as it may make it tougher for me to book next time! We only spent one night, but it felt like we were gone much longer as our stay was so relaxing! We had the smallest room, but it was great with a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of room. The bathroom was a tad small, but well appointed (except for no lotion which we failed to pack). Chloe was the “hostess with the mostess” always smiling and so responsive! We were visiting for the first time from Canton, Ohio, on Saturday evening. Initially, we found a table near the grass, but after continuous survey, we jumped at a table directly in front of the water! The moscato is amazing! We ordered the rustic chicken gouda flatbread, and artichoke spinach flatbread--both good. Without going in details, we had an issue and I brought it to both the girls managing the outside wine bar, and received two completely different responses. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and fun. We truly felt the love while we were there, and it made all the difference. Chef Matt Conti’s food was unforgettable. We looked forward to the home-cooked breakfast every morning in the beautiful breakfast room, and dinners were equally impressive. The fire-roasted stuffed peppers, rustic chicken Gouda flatbread, spinach and strawberry salad, Vincent William Burger, and especially the Italian Wedding Soup were all perfect comfort food on those cold evenings. Didn’t stay overnight although that would be amazing! Reviewing wine bar only and it was wonderful! They have an estate Cabernet Franc that is truly delightful. Equally delicious is their Pinot Noir. Wine bar room is lovely (lots of dark wood, subtle lighting) but definitely recommend sitting at the bar for view of the lake. Great patio space with outdoor bars, one section of the patio is reserved for inn guests. Can walk through the vineyard, they also have a nice herb garden. While they overlook the lake and beach there is not beach access from the inn property (there is a city park right next door with beach access). Will definitely go back and hopefully include a stay at the inn.

My wife and I just spent the weekend at Vincent William Winery to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect from beginning to end. The receptionist walked us to our room while giving us a history of the in. The room was immaculate and had a great view of the lake. We cracked a window open just enough to be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves slapping on the shore at night. The restaurant had great food and excellent service. Thanks go out to our server, Katy, who timed everything coming out with perfection and was attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was included with the room and made to order. A Keurig was in the common area along with snacks for a morning wake up or the late night munchies. We returned to our room to find a bottle of Prosecco on ice with glasses and a card . Our second night at the restaurant Katy took time to over to ask us how our stay was even though she wasn’t our server. The owner had come to our table a year earlier to talk and asked how things were going. When we relayed that to another couple at breakfast they said that he had just talked to them. We had an unbelievable time over Valentines Day weekend at Vincent William Wine and Inn. We spent two nights in Room 205 (Balcony Suite) and couldn't have been happier. While it obviously was too cold to spend time on the balcony, the view of a frozen Lake Erie right outside our window was unbelievable. The Inn is in a great location right on the Lake with most of the local wineries within a 10-15 minute drive. Highly recommend a few drinks at the Wine Bar before dinner...the staff and service was top notch! Restaurant and bar service are exceptional in an beautiful setting with unsurpassed views of Lake Erie. Considering the youth of the vineyard, the wines are some of the best in the State and the Cab Franc is one of the best you'll ever have. I took my husband here for his birthday weekend. View pulling into the winery was breath taking. Tracy greeted us, gave a history and tour of the property then showed us to our room, which was spectacular. Chef Matt has an amazing menu that was all so delicious. A group of 4 of us stayed at Vincent William after a day of wine tasting and pedicures. We had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast the next morning. We were running late for dinner and they were very gracious. Service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The lounge on the 2nd floor is a nice touch. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Vincent William Winery for a couple of nights this past weekend, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Tracy welcomed us at the front desk, personally escorted us to our room, and once we were settled, took us on a quick tour of the breathtaking property. Not only is the winery itself stunning, but its story is truly remarkable. Our room was immaculate—beautifully designed, luxurious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it the perfect retreat. On our first night, we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at the bar, and we have to say—the cocktails were outstanding! The espresso martini was one of the best we’ve ever had. For dinner, we ordered the stuffed peppers and the lamb, both of which were absolutely top-tier. While the entire staff was incredible, we want to give a special thank you to Tracy, Mike, Kailey, and Erica for their warm and attentive service. Russell at the host stand was so courteous and friendly, checking with us at out table throughout our dinner to mke sure everything was OK. Our server Suzie was the absolute best, from giving us detailed descriptions of the dining, drink and dessert menu items to making us feel like she genuinely cared about making our experience first-class all the way! We live very nearby and finally visited Vincent Willam Winery for my wifes Special Birthday dinner yesterday evening. After viewing their many Pics, Menu, and outstanding customer reviews we have always wanted to visit and dine there and our only regret is that we did not do it sooner to experience the exceptional elegance, atmosphere, menu, and personal service that they provide to their patrons!! Whatever your taste in fine dining, wine, and service you will not be disappointed and will certainly find a very delightful selection of delicious and exceptionally prepared items by Master Chef Matt Conti from the shareable appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees that are sure to meet the approval of the most discriminating guests. Went to Vincent William for NYE 4 course dinner with my girlfriend and friends. Food and wine were a level above! Chef and the culinary team know how to wow guests! The Estate Grown Cab Franc which is grown and bottled on property is a quality of which you might find in Northern California - reminiscent of Paso Robles - (certainly not the shores of Lake Erie which many other Ohio wineries fail so miserably at)… Staff and ownership treated us with a level of hospitality that you don’t find anywhere else. We had also booked a room at the inn. Let me tell you. This place is stunning. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and the view of the lake right outside your bedroom is stunning to wake up to. We walked downstairs to a delicious made-to -order breakfast, hot coffee and mimosas. Fantastic end to a great stay! I can’t say enough about this place. Put this one on your list if you haven’t tried it yet! What an idyllic place! I visited a few days after Christmas to have lunch with my mom and aunt. The estate was decorated for the holidays so beautifully and felt incredibly cozy! Initially we were seated in the wood room and asked to be moved to the main dining room to have views of the lake. The hostess accommodated us no questions asked! The food we ordered was also incredible - I had the most delicious roasted butternut squash soup I've ever had (which includes in NYC where I reside). It was full of flavor with layers that kept coming as it was being eaten. Our mains were also tasty but we topped everything off with the croissant bread pudding. It was made fresh to order (worth the 20 min wait) and was divine. Highly recommend! Service was amazing - so friendly, attentive, and informative! We felt like she was our good friend by the end of lunch. Once we finished eating, we were encouraged to explore the inn to see the bar (so cozy) and the rooms. Gwen from the housekeeping staff was so lovely in showing us one of the upstairs rooms that had just been turned and brought us down to the large suite on the first floor. I'll definitely be booking a stay with my husband the next time we're in town! Additionally, we were taken down to the secret speakeasy that is used for private events - what a cool place! It had me thinking of a reason to have a party there! This place cannot be missed. The hospitality was incredible, and we weren't even inn guests. From the moment you pull into the driveway/parking lot of Vincent William you know you’re in for a special experience. Every employee that we encountered during our stay added to our experience with kindness and great service. We had their award winning house Cabernet Franc, and it did not disappoint! Our food was wonderful. The only problem is that we only booked for one night, and we should’ve stayed for 2 or 3. Can’t wait to get back for a longer stay! Rooms: 5/5

Vincent William is so very close to a five-star experience. The atmosphere, views, ambience, wine, and staff are all exceptional! The food is the only thing that is an extremely close miss. On our first visit my husband’s duck was overcooked but our waitress noticed before we had a chance to say anything and corrected it immediately. The caramel apple cheesecake has an odd consistency but I’m spoiled; my mom bakes the best cheesecake EVER. My scallops were cooked perfectly. On our second visit my husband was very pleased with the Pappardelle Bolognese and he’s picky since he has an Italian wife lol. My Roasted Pear & Goat Cheese Salad with salmon was very good with one minor exception, I could have done without the bitterness of the grilled radicchio. We will definitely be back again. We only wish the winery wasn’t so close to home so that we could justify an overnight stay!

This winery is GORGEOUS. We went for the Christmas Open House and toured all the rooms, then had some pub food and wine. Every room overlooks Lake Erie. Overnight guests have access to an outdoor pool and hot tub (weather permitting). The winery is beautifully appointed, with a speakeasy downstairs and a lovely dining room on the ground floor. When the weather is nice, there is a ton of outdoor dining options. The wine is on the drier side, and all the whites were crisp and balanced. I had the chicken Gouda flatbread and ate every bite! The Sunday brunch menu looks incredible and I can’t wait to come back to try it. Rooms: 5/5

We had the pleasure of staying at Vincent William for two nights recently to celebrate my husband’s birthday. First of all, the on-line process of reserving a room was very easy. From the time we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The staff is truly remarkable, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The mansion is incredibly well put together with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We stayed in room 205, a balcony room with a king bed. The bathroom was smallish but the shower was oversized and really comfortable. Water pressure was great and warmed up quickly, which was important on colder days. The bed was very comfy, with soft linens and a great duvet-covered comforter. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, which was amazing to wake up to (I believe all the rooms have lake views). Complementary coffee in a second-floor lounge was much appreciated. Complementary breakfast in the dining room was an added bonus that we didn’t expect! I’m a tequila drinker and thoroughly enjoyed their winter margarita. Of course, they have a lovely wine selection and our friends enjoyed a few bottles with my husband’s birthday dinner. Food was great throughout our stay, but the highlight is definitely the incredible staff and atmosphere. The energy of the property is pretty amazing, just makes you feel at home and welcome. The physical design, decor and detail of the entire place is really impressive and the staff clearly goes above and beyond to keep the place clean. We spent our morning exploring the park next door, walking down the beach a bit, and then coming back inside to warm up. Because I forgot regular shoes (only had boots), and I felt so at home, when we came back inside, I walked around the mansion for several hours in fluffy white socks. Mostly we were on the second and third floors (our room, second floor lounge, and workout room), but we did come downstairs and hang out in the wine bar for lunch. At some point, I was (appropriately) asked to put on shoes and when I went to do that, I was pretty shocked at how clean my socks were!!! So much so that I am sharing a picture!!! It is evident that so much love has gone into creating this place, and it’s also clear that those involved in Vincent William Wine love what they are doing. Repeating myself here, but the energy, mood, overall feel is amazing, and we will be back, hopefully many, many times in the future. Thank you, Mike, Terry, Tiffany, etc. for a wonderful stay. Vincent and his team created a perfectly seamless 10 year anniversary event for our daughter and son in law. Vincent was exceptional through the entire process at communicating with me to make sure our preferences were accommodated. including the night of the event, even with a full house upstairs on a Friday night! Chef put together an amazing family style menu for 30 people that left our mouths watering from appetizers to dessert (the filet was the best we've had anywhere in a loooong time!). Our bartender Mike was the right guy for the job, he knows his way around an Old Fashioned!! Not to mention the other creatively original cocktails served that night. Mike's friendly, "what can I get you" personality made the evening that much more enjoyable (as if it could've gotten any better). Also, I can't forget to mention the speakeasy style room we had the event in. Down the basement stairs into an old Italian wine cellar atmosphere. WOW! Vincent, you knocked it out of the park for us and we highly recommend the experience, we'll be back! Rooms: 5/5

If you’re looking for a brand-new, unforgettable experience just a short drive from Cleveland, Vincent William Wine is a must-visit. This waterfront vineyard, wine bar, restaurant, and inn is a true hidden gem on the shores of Lake Erie. From the moment we arrived, the warm service and inviting atmosphere made our afternoon one to remember. We had lunch on the patio with stunning lake views, starting with a charcuterie board and bruschetta—both of which were absolutely delicious. Our entrées, including shrimp Bucatini, rigatoni in vodka cream sauce, a steak smash burger, lemon zest salad, and Katy’s crab cakes, were all crowd-pleasers. My shrimp Bucatini, tossed in a garlic-infused olive oil sauce, was perfectly balanced and portioned. A highlight of the experience was their House Chenin Blanc, a beautifully balanced white wine with bright, vibrant notes that paired perfectly with everything we ate. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate croissant bread pudding and Affogato, both served generously and equally decadent. To top it all off, we met Vincent, one of the owners, who ensured our visit was nothing short of fantastic. If you’re thinking about visiting, I highly recommend making the trip. Next time, we’re planning to stay at the inn and enjoy a dip in the pool with those gorgeous lake views. You won’t be disappointed!

Own an airbnb down the street. We came to Vincent William with the intent to dine, to be able to recommend to our guests. We tried SO many things on the menu..they all were great! We absolutely loved the Inn, food, service and experience. We will recommend to all our guests!! Only recommendation I would have is have the wait staff pay more attention to the courses...our apps, salad and entrees came basically at the same time...would have prefered them spaced better. Overall EXCELLENT experience!! So glad to have this restaurant down the street for our guests to experience.

I’ve been coming to Geneva on the Lake for so long. I can’t tell you how much I love this region during the summer months. So many great places to eat and drink wine and try all the distilleries that the area has to offer but I have to say Vincent William wine has just opened it’s magnificent.. Taylor Stevens the manager gave us an amazing experience on an evening with the sunset spectacular which all added to the romance and experience and memories of a fabulous night with great food great drinks and a wonderful evening. We had been looking forward to our mid-week overnight stay with friends and Vincent William Winery and Inn did not disappoint! We were pleasantly greeted by Tracy with a short tour of the mansion and escorted to our rooms. The elegent rooms offered a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. Our room was clean and calming with very comfortable beds/bedding and amenities including robes and locally made toiletries. A sitting area was available for all inn guests with a selection of complementary coffee, tea and snacks. The pool/hot tub area was clean and inviting and we enjoyed drinks there while waiting for additional friends for dinner in an area of the patio reserved especially for inn guests. Dinner was delicious with good portions, wine and cocktails. Taylor was attentive to our table as were the other wait staff who worked as a team to make our experience enjoyable. A fabulous breakfast, made to order, was delicious and included in our stay. Thank you, Mike, for giving us an historical view of the property and your wine making. You have a gem on Lake Erie and we have seen it evolve over the months you have been open. Awesome winery/restaurant/bed and breakfast on the lake in Madison. There is a very large patio with umbrella'd tables, couch areas and other tables. On the patio there is a bar menu, and the inside restaurant has some more options. The rooms of the bed and breakfast are not available just yet, but they are very nice rooms on the second floor. I’m not a big wine person but the ones I tried were outstanding but I can’t say enough good things about this place. This has to be the best patio in NE Ohio, the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is truly the best. It is a must to visit.

My husband and I stayed three nights over the 4th of July holiday at Vincent William Wine and we highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort if you are in the area (we definitely will be staying again!). This property has a fantastic staff, beautiful heated pool & hot tub, clean rooms and common spaces, and it was located right on the lake and close to dozens of the Grand River wineries. The on-site restaurant and wine bar should not be skipped and offers fabulous food, cocktails and service. We were also fortunate to meet the wonderful owners who were extremely helpful and offered up a tasty and convenient complimentary daily breakfast to enjoy while overlooking the beautiful lake. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and look forward to returning. 100% recommend this Winery and Inn Rooms: 5/5

These scallops were so good that I must share a picture. I've only seen scallops on TV cooking shows that look this good. They were made to perfection! If you like chocolate, the gelato is an excellent choice. I loved the whole experience!

What a stunning mansion and view of the lake! We were taken by its beauty from the moment we set foot in it. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the most amazing balcony with views of the lake, patio, and pool. What we enjoyed the most was being able to spend all day there, dipping in the pool, getting food and great drinks. Their wine selection and quality (local and from CA) are outstanding. Staff and service are on point. Since our visit was during their “soft opening” I’m sure there’re a few details they still have to iron out, but what an amazing stay we had! We've been anxiously waiting for Vincent William winery to open and we finally were able to enjoy a Saturday evening dinner here. Our waitress, Andrea, was delightful. Very attentive but not intrusive. We started with drinks The John Daly was good and the lemon drop Martini was so good we had to have two. We had the Smashburger with a delicious lemon zest salad with pecans and Gorgonzola cheese. My brother in law who seldom eats veggies devoured the salad before he even tried the burger. Good quality beef with Gruyère cheese cooked medium was delicious. Another in our party had shrimp cocktail with 3 huge and flavorful shrimp. She also enjoyed the crabcakes. Good consistency and nice presentation of arugula and pickled onions with a great sauce. Hubby had shrimp bucatini and he had some of that delicious aioli all over his shirt!! Probably the most impressive dish was the seared scallops with mushroom risotto! Cooked perfectly and seasoned just right it was worth every penny. We also enjoyed for desserts the tiramisu that we agreed was best we've had, the chocolate gelato from heaven and the chocolate croissant bread pudding that was the best dessert EVER!!! My afagotto ice cream with espresso was wonderful! If you want an amazing dinner and dessert at a winery this is the place to go. The restaurant and winery is situated overlooking Lake Erie. Can't beat the view the food the drinks or service. The young owner, Vincent, was very visible and overseeing that each guest was pleased and he was very personable. We wish this family all of the best and look forward to our next visit.

Just stopped by to have a look on Sunday after having spent the weekend in Geneva. We ended up spending the afternoon. What a wonderful place. Amazing patio right on the water. Food was outstanding. I stayed 4 nights at the White House with a couple of buddies and had an incredible time! Mike has done an incredible job with the property and the views are breathtaking! The wine is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff are attentive and genuinely want you to have a great time. You can really feel the family-run vibe. Make sure you stay at the inn so you can lounge in the luxurious pool overlooking the lake! If you see Zoey the farm dog make sure you give her a pet (she’s a good girl). I’ll definitely be back! Only walked-in for dinner and to view the sunset, wait was 1hr. Suggest to make a reservation for the patio because certain tables outside are reserved for full meal dining. The other portion was first come first serve and order at the window with a limited menu. The wine was not anything unique but decent for patio sipping. The best part is the view is wonderful and unobstructed. We preferred the small plate entrees more than the meals. Food and drinks are more on the higher end but have options for everyone.

This is a beautiful lakeside mansion, so of course it's already impressive in its own. The parking lot is a little far from the restaurant though, so keep in mind for those who have troubles walking. Inside, there are different rooms for seating. We got the best seat in the house: right by the window overlooking the lake. Amazing!!!! It looks like there's a huge beautiful patio when the weather is nice ! There's also a bar around the back too, separate from the restaurant // winery ! Our mushroom flatbread was delicious !!!!! Our gnocchi and burger were good, but nothing special. Overall, you HAVE to come visit and add this to your summer bucket list !!!!! The views, the space, and an Ohio red that is actually good !!

We saved the best for last. Vincent William Wine is such a beautiful wonderful experience. The building is gorgeous. We were walk-ins on a Saturday night but we were quickly sat. The patio wasn't open for dining yet so the hostess sat us at a waterfront window table and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the wine and sangria, watching the waves crash in front of us. What a great event! He did a phenomenal job bringing his vision to life. We are always saying we need to utilize our unique shoreline more in NE Ohio. The Vincent William Winery is the culmination of a wonderful vision along with a lot of hard work, and it shows at every turn! From the stone work, to the lovely overnight accommodations, to the abundant patio, to the food & wine selections, to the staff: you succeeded on all marks. And to have all that here in Lake County is so special. I would like to personally commend our server Taylor. She was warm, friendly, funny and extremely helpful. It was good, but not fond of the Cajun potatoes that came with the meal only because I don’t like Cajun food. They have decent size paved parking area but need designated handicapped parking right out front. Stunning and beautiful winery, I’ll be back for sure.

This is a beautiful winery on the lake here in Madison. We recently went for dinner and the food was delicious. The service was excellent and Taylor was very knowledgeable about the wines. There was a tour of the bed and breakfast rooms upstairs but we were told it was a private tour.

This is a newer winery on a soft opening when we visited. Wine was really good, both white and red. Service was incredible, Sarah took care of us and did such an awesome job. The kitchen was a work in progress. My $60 medium rare steak first came out as well done. They took it back and redid it, came out again more of a medium/medium well. I don't complain ever about food but was honest that it was still too well done. They made it right and our experience was amazing there. I understand that on a soft opening, there will be hiccups. The service made up for the short comings during dinner. My wife got the Salmon and the cous cous and greens that accompanied it were very good. We then went to the tasting room where Kayleigh took care of us and she was phenomenal and really helpful. We had two bottles of wine, both really good. Overall, while some of our food was late and not cooked correctly, they did their best to make things right and I have no doubt that they will be a well oiled machine come Grand Opening.

What a beautiful place! We sat in the Lakefront dining room for dinner and then moved into the bar area, which had a speakeasy vibe! Cannot wait to see it when the outdoor area is open. Beautiful view of the lake. Our meals were delicious, as was the Cabernet Franc. Servers were lovely, engaging, and knowledgeable. Already looking forward to going back!

Our group of 16 dined here, in the Wood Room, for brunch today, 2-25-24. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Service by Erika, very friendly and helpful ! We tried this new winery and restaurant - and had a chance to talk with the truly dedicated, enthusiastic owner . Great staff. Ate in the bar area - very comfortable surroundings. Patrick was a fantastic waiter/bar tender and gave us fantastic recommendations for meals. The meals were excellent. It was extremely foggy and rainy so didn't get to enjoy the waterfront view - but we will be back again. Guest rooms to open in April - want to try them out as well - the views of the lake must be extraordinary.

Absolutely delicious brunch! Between our group we enjoyed avocado toast, Benedict and burgers. All were cooked perfectly, great flavor and complemented with Cajun potatoes. The server was so attentive, drinks delicious and the chef even stopped by to see what we thought. We will definitely be back to enjoy the food, lake front view and beautiful property!

Had a wonderful time at the William Vincent winery! Exquisite wine and the food was impeccable . We stayed the night on site as well and the accommodations were great, everything was brand new and very clean and pristine. Looking forward to visiting again

We stopped out last weekend to check out Vincent Williams. The place is beautiful, right on Lake Erie. The wine, food, and service were top-notch. The owner stopped by, spent a few minutes with us, and told the store behind Vincent Williams. They have raised the bar for the area. We peeked into one of the rooms that will be available this Spring. All I can say is WOW!

This wine bar is nothing short of amazing! The ambiance, the selection of wines, and the food offerings are top-notch. And let me tell you about the beet salad – it's amazing. Vincent William Wine is undoubtedly one of the finest wineries in the region, if not the finest. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the bartenders, who demonstrated exceptional skill. The owner deserves considerable credit for the remarkable restoration of this property. I eagerly anticipate the summer, when I can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset and creating lasting memories on their expansive patio overlooking Lake Erie.

The girls loved this one due to the view of the lake, just beautiful. We sat in the bar area and had a few delicious drinks. Just a really nice atmosphere. We went to 10 different wineries in 2 days, this was one of the best for sure. Will definitely go back.

As Lake County residents, we’ve watched and waiting for years to see what this space would become. William Vincent winery transports you to an architectural feat hugging Lake Erie’s shores. The one-time private residence has the feel of a French château, with all the modern touches of the design team. We sipped the Chardonnay and enjoyed the honey-glazed salmon and bison smash burger, as the sun dipped below the lake. Scenic views abound, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Tracy, who helped us get settled and gave us some of the history of space. Whether you pop into the well-appointed tasting room like we did, or make a reservation in the dining room, you will have a unique experience to remember.

An amazing winery with spectacular views of the lake and an awesome restaurant with a mouthwatering menu. The mussels and lamb are great and the wine and ambiance are incredible. We picked up 3 bottles of wine that they make to take home including a chardonnay, pinot noir, & our favorite cabernet franc. Can’t wait to go back.

Top notch in every sense of the word. You want views? You got em. Delicious wine? Of course they have that. The service is fantastic and the facility is just stunning. There is no question this will become a staple of the area and can’t wait to see them grow.

Gorgeous atmosphere. We were there for the soft opening. Servers very pleasant. Chef Matt visited our table to talk about the menu. Menu and food were amazing. Very exited to return and try different menu items. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Best plate was the scallops over mushroom risotto.

Absolutely stunning place. I was in from Dallas to visit my Mom and family and stopped by for a soft opening after Thanksgiving. Vince and his family were fantastic. The renovations to the property were on point and have been extremely well done. A diamond in the rough for sure! Can't wait to return during the summer!

We went to the soft opening and it was fabulous. The food was prepared by Chef Lisa Delgado and also fabulous. We enjoyed all of her small plates for this event especially enjoyed the made to order pasta bar. This winery right on Lake Erie with breathtaking views will be just another great addition to our already 30+ wineries in the area. BRAVO!

The grapes look incredible. I am wondering what varietals you have planted. The 5 wire trellis and trimming for upward growth are quite impressive.
